“I am very pleased to announce that I am the new Head of Research and Development at the TMF Research Center. I grew up as a cyclist in the province of Verona, and raced at top amateur leveI for severaI years. I was very lucky to join TMF at an early age, where I was able to transform my passion for cycling into a professional Iife dedicated to giving cyclists the smoothest ride possible.  

At TMF, I have worked for 25 years in design and development, following all the major innovations in materials, design, construction technology and fashions, and been part of the TMF Research Center team since its establishment in 2011. Today, I continue to nurture the same passion for developing cycling pads that first got me into racing as a teenager.

The world of cycling pads is a highly competitive market, and whether it is design or technical developments to materials or production, pads develop at a very fast rate, which makes it a totally stimulating work place. Over the years, I have learnt to create synergies with customers, paying great attention to their needs and expectations, which is at the heart of making top bespoke pads.”
